Picture for a project

This week i had an" Inspiration spam" and i had to write a story about a guild of thieves.
The universe,the characters,and all the details are more of less decided.
All i have to do is to wait a little bit and see if this is not over-enthusiasm (because you know,inspiration is like that :P)
If this picture remind you of a game,don't worry,it's normal :D The girl is the main
character, her design is not definitive. Same for her bow and stuff... I don't want to make
something hyper detailed because if i start drawing it (did i mention this is supposed to be manga format ? Like always) i will have to draw it hundreds of time,and the City itself is going to be 50% of the job. That's why,for the first time in my life,i consider the possibility of taking assistants (for landscapes and backgrounds).Anyway ,enjoy this little concept art i did yesterday ,and please let me know about her design.
By the way,i'm still looking for cool names,actually her name is Galice,but this isn't 100% decided.
